Issue Summary
I would like to add a new field to Support Timer called "Progress". This would be a dropdown field with values (10%, 20%, 30%, 40%, etc) so the user can specify how much of the ticket has been completed. This is an important metric to track.

Have you looked at this project? I seem to recall it offered similar functionality?

Hi Jeremy,
Deadline allows you to specify a deadline date, the estimated number of hours it will take to coomplete, and the actual hours spent. It doesn't appear that it support a progress percentage field.
