Qualifying amount javascript bug

Couldn't find where to put this, it looks as though it's related to http://drupal.org/node/429128, but all the patches from that thread do not include the code where this bug is happening.

The javascript onclick code for checking 'Has max qualifying amount' does not work. Error: missing ) after condition.

Here's a patch with a quick fix. Although if I had time I would change the code to be put inside drupal_add_js and make the javascript unobtrusive.
