hi i installed job search on my 4.7.3 installation. I want employers / recruiters to use the site to look for applicants.

I'm trying to figure out how to display the latest job postings on a block. I created a 'latest jobs' menu and a block ready for it, but in order to display i have to manually, as admin, classify the latest post as a 'latest job'.

is there a better way? am willing to drop 'job search' altogether if someone has something that works that way.

Look at the snippets in the Drupal handbook, and adapt one for your case.

drupal 4.7 no longer supported. (you can now do this using views anyways)
