would like to see a way to turn off for certain users. Some you don't want deleted or blocked while others you do.

Hey jkarlsson, I upgraded to the latest dev version, but I couldn't see any option to prevent or exclude blocking or deletion of some user roles, any ideas?

My changes have not been committed to the official repository. Right now you would need to check them out from my git sandbox at http://drupalcode.org/sandbox/jkarlsson/1097694.git.
