just downloaded feeds today. When editing the settings for the fetcher the url field appears for 1/2 a second then disappears

ok perhaps since I have it mapped to a forum topic is why. if so this can be taken off urgent. I was hoping that each feed would create a new topic in a certain category so guidance on how to do that would be appreciated.

just changed to import to a node-type and still missing the url field

I also recommend using the 'Feeds defaults' module and one of its default configurations.
