If I have a hierarchy with a container "container" and three terms, where term1 and term2 are children of container, and term3 is a child of term2, then I will see a display something like this in most pull-down menus:
Container
-term1
-term2
--term3
Most, that is, except for img_assist. It would be great if img_assist did this as well; it would make it easier to find pictures. In some cases I have unrelated terms with the same name in a given hierarchy, simply because while I use the new category system with freetagging for categorization, some things like weblinks don't work right with the new system; you can only browse weblinks if they are tagged with the old categorization system. Similarly, image galleries seem to use taxonomy for the names of galleries.

sunSupport for 4.7 is discontinued.
If you still miss this feature in the latest version of Image Assist for Drupal 5, feel free to re-open this issue.

hyperlogos commentedSorry, I meant to specify 5.x, I'm currently using 5.x-1.x-dev. Reopening, because I still miss it (it's very hard to tell two galleries with the same name but different hierarchies apart.)

sunThis needs a thorough concept. Marking as duplicate of http://drupal.org/node/220431
