I'm currently developing a natural hazards gateway that has massive potential to bring some publicity to drupal - we've already had interest from a number of UN and international organisations on our project, and we've been building some custom content types with cck.

What we would like to see is an access right option like you have available with the book module, where there is a third option in the access rights checkboxes to "access all book pages" - some of our node types need to be editable by all authenticated users, and we can't seem to manage this with node privacy by role or simple access - users have the ability to edit a page but the changes are not saved.

Would anyone else like to see this kind of an option made available? Surely we can't be the only people looking for something like this on the cck node types you create?

Any help would be greatly appreciated with this! You can read about out project at www.interragate.info - we would love to get some cck people involved in making this project a success and enabling us to launch by the end of october.
