When I visit certain nodes as an admin, edit is automatically appended to the URL so I get an edit view. To get the main view, I have to click "Revisions", click on the most recent revision and click view. This started happening when I changed the default behavior to display and edit the latest revision, and then when I saw this was not what I wanted, switched it back.

Any help would be appreciated!

Just to rule out some possible interference.... do you have the "Smart tabs" module installed? If so, does it make a difference when you disable it?

I did have Smart Tabs installed - uninstalling seems to have done the trick (we don't really need the Module Grants Monitor).
