i've install nodewords module and Nodewords_custom_pages is still missing,
nodewords don't have Nodewords_custom_pages "child" modules.

It seems that Nodewords_custom_pages is only available in the latest dev snaptop (beta9). Its not available in the current stable release.

Installed both versions of Nodewords D6, recommended and dev, and the nodewords_custom_pages does not appear. Uninstalled and ran update.php in between installs.

Can anyone shed light?

Nodewords_custom_pages is no longer needed. Was fixed in 2012 May 11 dev version and no need to enable separate module. The page title field will appear in custom page edit page.

Right now, the available downloads on the nodewords_pagetitle homepage both date from 6 April 2011. So it's difficult to see (a) how this has been fixed or (b) how to retrieve the fixed version.

Last modification date is 2011-Apr-06. Module nodewords_pagetitle still needs Nodewords_custom_pages.

I downgrade the Nodewords module to 6.x-1.12-rc1: http://drupal.org/node/1126752 and it is working fine.

Nodewords higher than 6.x-1.12 does not have Custom Page component. So they do not work with Nodewords Pagetitle.
