First, thank you for this module - it works well. I've been working with it for a few days and (as with any module) have done a bunch of playing around to get it working the way I want it (almost). Unfortunately, I think I've found a bug and would like to see if someone can address it.

Authenticated users do not have permission under user module permissions to "access user profiles." Of course, they can see/edit their own profile. However, these users cannot see their LinkedIn profile summary when viewing their own profile. Authenticated users do have all 3 LinkedIn module permissions set to true, including display LinkedIn profile, update LinkedIn status, and use custom status text. To troubleshoot, if we grant authenticated users user module/access user profiles permission, then the LinkedIn block shows correctly on the users user page.

Problem is, we do not wish to give simple authenticated users access to all site profiles, but we do want them to see what they are allowing others to see (there are higher-level users than authenticated users who can access all profiles).

This seems more of a bug than a missing feature, given one might expect a user to see what they are giving up, in this case a summary view of their LinkedIn profile on our site.

Please advise.
Thanks again.

Thanks for catching that. I changed the permissions accordingly. (Will be in the dev version within 12 hours)
