Decision dates not persisted

OK, I know this is the old version, but still... :-)

When I create a "Selection" type of decision, I set start and end dates for it. When I then view the node, those dates are listed. When I edit the node again, the form defaults to 15 January of this year, and the current time in GMT, for both start and end dates.

Marking as critical since saving without correcting those values is a data-loss issue.
