Is there a alternative way then a patch. I think you use git.

PS: It would be good if you release the versions in cvs, too, so the version in the project module could be selected

sorry I should have created a new issue instead of commenting last one. I confirm the warnings went away and my aegir install is fully functional again with this patch!
