Probably a modification of short answer or a new question-type.

This question-type will allow the user to use a wysiwyg editor to input their answers and more than one answer might be assigned as correct answers by the author. This question type is intended for use with questions where the answer is a mathematical formula, but can also be used for other types of questions.
