Essentially the same as Alpha 15 with instructions in the README.txt file for those upgrading from Alpha 14 or earlier.
The lack of usage statistics updating could be because the theme was renamed from Pixeled to Drixel to avoid copyright infringement of the trademarked name Pixeled which was not know at the time of the theme conversion to Drupal.
