I got the following errors:

- On the Install Profile step of the install wizard, I got this error:

- On the Site Size step of the wizard I get these errors:

After those errors, the Wizard won't get past the Site Size step, and I get this error:

SQLSTATE[23000]: Integrity constraint violation: 1062 Duplicate entry 'editor' for key 2
