I know you say you don't care about Sony and the PlayStation, so that's why I'm posting this here for you. The US PSN gamertag was really just terrible and completely uninformative in every way, shape and form:

My (Boring) Portable ID

Sony's realized this and has released a new one. Simply replacing the "http://pid.us.playstation.com/user/%s.jpg" line in gamertags.module with "http://fp.profiles.us.playstation.com/playstation/psn/pid/%s.png" will give you:

My Much Better Portable ID

Simply making the change in gamertags.module works perfectly.
Hope you'll take the change so that everyone else can enjoy them with your module. Thanks for your work on it.

I hate Sony for so many reasons... Their mistreatment/ bullying of Lik Sang, their sloppy programming, their insanely over-complicated SMSS XML schema document for publishing media to the Playstation store (why not show the elements in tree order???), their overpriced electronics which stop working the day after the warranty expires, their pushy Sony Store salespeople, etc, etc...
