Gamertags

Adds Gamertags to your user profile, which can also be embedded into a page/ comment/ signature by use of a Drupal filter

[xbox:???]
[playstation:???:eu]
[wii:???]
[steam:???]

Where ??? is your gamertag and for Playstation 'eu' stands for 'Europe', 'us' for 'USA' (the portable ids show differently for each region).
