Unable to sort a directory by "display name". It produces a warning.

Bug fixed with the attached 'patch'.

P.S.: first bug I submit on drupal.org. There is sadly no "patch request" queue (or I didn't find it) where my patch should have gone instead of writing a bug which might be a duplicate (no time to check uniqueness, sorry...)
