Allow default setting for default tab name to apply to newly created content types

Issue Summary

Vertical Tabs & VT default are a great way of simplifying the Drupal user experience. I try to keep things simple for my clients by having all node content (title + body + CCK fields) in one tab called 'Content' and to consistently implement this for all content types. It would be great if:

- I could set a system-wide default name for the VT Default tab that applies to all content types (new content types, maybe even new + existing)
- This setting would automatically activate the VT Default tab in case the Vertical tab settings are exposed in the 'Edit Content Type' screen

If I could control these settings on the Vertical Tabs admin screen then I would only have to set it once and not for every new content type.

+1 for this one too!

It's such a hassle to go through each content type and set the same things over and over. A global default is a must for this module.
