Many strings have the status of "(not translated)", but actually are translated and ready. Who can/should change the status?

avpadernoTranslations need to be reviewed, before to be accepted on l.d.o. In fact, I found many errors in the translations imported; some of them were not using the imperative mood, others were not using the accusative case, others were not using the appropriate words.
