Hello.
I just installed and enabled jQuery Update. Once enabled, the only way to get to a link destination is via the browser's address bar because a flash window pops up with the link information but won't allow navigation to that link. That includes not having the ability to logout.
Once the flash window pops up and the 'X' is clicked to close it, it pops up again.
Once the module is disabled, the site returns to normal operation.
Thanks.

LBD commentedI encountered this problem and tried some patches found by searching Drupal site but no luck. However, the problem disappear after I disabled the Lightbox2 mobule because I suspect it may be the source of problem. It seem there is conflict between jQuery 1.3+ with LightBox2.

Abeaudrian commentedHi All
Same problem here. :-(

darrylh commentedJust posting to confirm that disabling Lightbox2 fixed the issue for me as well.
drupert55 commentedThat's good info, but I'd need to keep Lightbox2 enabled for other purposes.
Hopefully, at some point, the two can coexist.
Thanks.

mfer commentedjQuery Update cannot be made to support both jQuery 1.2.6 and 1.3.2 functions. So, this is an issue against Lightbox2 so it can be updated to support both.

Blooniverse commentedYou lot probably mean something like my own observation?: http://drupal.org/node/886928 (see screenshot).
I've just upgraded from lightbox2 6.x-1.9 to 6.x-1.x-dev ((remark: jQuery was already supported in 6.x-1.9!)) ... and it works.
Even though I needed to update about 50 other modules inbetween, I am quite sure that it WAS the old lightbox!!!
As an option, some might consider 'Lightbox Light' (as an option in the lightbox2 settings) as well.

Blooniverse commentedSwitching to status 'fixed'. Okay?
