Display Suite "Multiple Styles"

Interesting changes:

• Rework of the UI so multiple styles can be attached to fields AND regions
• The Display Suite menu has been moved to admin/build.
• Post date now uses Drupal date formatting. A clean install will make use of that functionality, upgrading will still keep the old DS field. If you want to use the new field formatting for the post date, you will need to set the nd_use_date_api variable to TRUE, or simply delete the variable from the variable table as the default is TRUE, but the update.php of Node Displays will set it to FALSE so it doesn't break existing sites.
