I have activated MySMSMantra on the SMS Framework backbone. However, none of the messages are hitting my phone. I have tried with +91nn and 91nnn number formats. The config page for MySMSMantra does not show my trial account balance too. I am able to configure the gateway with the mysmsmantra user name,pwd and sender ID. However, when I try to send a message by typing in the phone number ( option: send to phone under SMS Framework), nothing happens. There are no errors on screen.

Spoke to mysmsmantra support. they are unable to help

Kindly check if you have confirmed the mobile number to which you are sending SMS.

you need not add 91 just enter the 10 digit number

I am using My SMS Mantra module. I can view the balance, however none of the SMS' are going out. I am unable to send even the confirmation codes. None of the phone numbers are registered on the DND list. I am using only the 10 digit phone number and not prefixing the country code.

My SMS Mantra configuration
My SMS Mantra Balance:
User Name=sridhar
Validity=2014-04-01
Remainig SMS=8000
Sent SMS=0

I am not sure what could be wrong. Can you give me a clue so that I can check it from my end. Thanks in advance.

I've tested sending the SMS by accessing the mysmsmantra url from the browser and its being successfully sent. So no issues on the gateway side.

MY SMS Mantra Gateway uses Port 8080, before using this module kindly make sure that Outgoing Port 8080 is open on your web server
