I asked the user to forward me the message from the Droid that he responded to (original notification .eml which was attached to forward is attached to this issue). It seems to have all the important parts (message ID not being filtered out, etc)... Please let me know where I can dump information to help troubleshoot.

May I ask which version of mailcomment you are using?

I can't seem to get the module to work at all.

I can promise the module works this is latest -dev though. Check your filters, and make sure mailhandler auth is defaulting to mailcomment.

Going to do some testing tonight to see if http://drupal.org/node/539166 new regex solves this.
