How can I add Accept and Reject link functionalty?

I would like to add ACCEPT and REJECT functionality with links to the Job Search module. Here is the scenario. The Job Poster posts a job, which is e-mailed to all members of my site. Upon receiving that e-mail, they can click inside the e-mail or return to the site and click ACCEPT or REJECT button at the bottom of the jobs. Whoever is the first to click ACCEPT link gets the job.
