My settings for both content types are the same but for some reason the static avg rating votes with stars doesnt display for each photo node in full display even though it is enabled in the photo content type settings. But it shows up for each blog node -full display. How can this be fixed?

We can no longer support the Drupal 6 version of Fivestar. It is in security maintenance mode only. When the Drupal 8 version of Fivestar is released, the Drupal 6 version will be officially deprecated.
