On a website I've just finished, I use FCKEditor / IMCE to edit content.

In FF and IE8 it works well, but in IE7, when I insert an image and try to upload a new image, all the checkboxes and form items are missing. Anyone know why that might be?

Have you tried version 6.x-2.0-rc1?

I've just tried 6.x-2.0-rc1 - I was previously on 6.x-2.0-alpha4 - and it solved the problem.
