is there a support forum to ask none development questions, i can't seem to find 1.
I know its not a bug but think it would help other users if the documentation pointed to more support if available

There isn't so far, but I am strongly considering creating a Google Group or a mailing list for general questions and announcements. Haven't made my mind up yet, if someone would like to step up and manage such a group, I'd love to talk.
