For consistency "opt/options/options" etc should be renamed to "choice" not only for the UI but also in the codebase and database scheme.

Fixed for everything except the vote tags ("Option_X") because it will be a big pain to upgrade old votes (i.e. will require regex, etc.). There were a lot of small changes all over the place and it's very likely that bugs will emerge in various places. Diff at http://drupal.org/cvs?commit=42567

Fajerstarter's decisions-dev point was right that we shouldn't worry about an upgrade path at this stage in development, so vote tags have been changed as well. http://drupal.org/cvs?commit=42574
