Issue Summary
There are situations where the Job Poster would not want the Applicant to use the "Apply for this Job" link, if the poster just want the applicant to apply for the job using an e-mail address or an external website link.
Is there a way to create the options for the Job Poster either use the "Apply for this Job" link for the Job or use an e-mail address or external website? In which case, the link would be hidden from view, if the second option is chosen by the Job creator.
