i18n update to 4.7 returns a mysql error

Description

when upgrading from 4.6 to 4.7 and running update.php, i18n module returns a mysql error..... if your mysql version does not support subqueries. This patch resolves this, along with a minor bug that trigger a 'failed' tag on the list of queries executed.
