Refreshing the page advances the question

Refreshing the page advances the question but no answer is required. This results in a wrong answer even though the user did not provide one. It also happens if you accidentally navigate away from the page, then hit the back button. Either way you get a "The page you are trying to view contains POSTDATA" dialogue. Seems like we should be able to check to make sure we actually have answer before moving forward?
