Rather than uploading a 1080 and 720 image (what does that even mean?) can this module integrate with Imagecache? Presets can easily be defined in the pageflip module using hook_imagecache_default_presets

Cross posting #915878: Combined issue queue patch

This contains the code to optionally use an ImageCache preset URL instead of the direct image URL.

This does not add a dependency to ImageCache.
