Description
Add a poll with 3 choices, set maximum choices to 2. When you try to vote this error message shows: 3 choices were selected but only 2 are allowed., even if you selected 1 or 2 choices.

Thanks to Chris and an additional patch from me (for poll.inc), this issue has been fixed. Please check again from the 4.7 branch if things work for you.
