Create a new permission : "access archived chatroom"

Hi,

I've tested the chatroom at culturekitchen and it's looking pretty amazing. I would like you to consider making it possible for anonymous users of a site to have access to the chat archives.

At the moment I would have to grant complete access to a chat in order for anonymous users or stumbleuponers to read the records. There's obvious reasons not to grant complete access to a chat to strangers. Yet, after the chat is done, I would like to have the record open to anyone to read.

It's not just valuable due to the potential "nuggets of wisdom" we may be able to share with people outside of our community. From a marketing standpoint, it's brilliant to have the archives there for stumble-uponers who would then feel enticed to join the community in order to be able to fully participate in future chats.
