Uploads don't go to the current subdirectory

When you're browsing to through a directory listing and have opened a subdir, if you try to upload a file, it'll be uploaded to the main directory (the one defined in /edit).
In the dev-version of 31/03, this still works, but in the dev version of 09/09 (today) the above issue takes place.
