OG has been (more or less) updated for 5.x. This module should be pretty easy- initial patch to follow. Reviews appreciated

initial patch- note that this currently depends on a small patch (to follow) for og.module to add a new admin menu grouping.

In the name field of .info, I'd like to avoid using the OG abbreviation. Use Organic groups mandatory group (note capitalization). With this consistency, we will group together on the 'by module' page - admin/by-module
