No Invitation link show

after new installation of 4.7.4

user registration settings have been set to:

'Visitors can create accounts but administrator approval is required.'

1. Go to account information by clicking on My Account in the Navigation menu.
2. In your Buddies section, click on the 'Invite a Friend' link.

However, no Buddies section show there, permission and block have been set. even installed buddylist, no "Invite a Friend" link at all
