And the reason is that function brightcove_mm_complete_video does not return anything which is required by media_mover_api_run_config_verb_file in media_mover_api.module.

All is good after added return TRUE; at the end of brightcove_mm_complete_video.

It seams all right now, is something changes, i will report back.
