On a fresh CVS Drupal and a CVS Decisions, I can't create a new decision. In "create content", i see the "decisions-poll" and "decisions-ranking" links, but they lead back to the "create content" page, with the title changed to "decisions-poll" or "decisions-ranking". Weird bug, maybe related to the issue #83100.

Here's a patch. But more problems remain... Apparently, the module is not really 5.x-ready yet.
