AT vocabulary appears on not assigned content types node form

Issue Summary

AT vocabulary appears on ALL content types node form, including those not assigned with the vocabulary.

To replicate
- assign AT vocab to one content type only
- create new node for other content types
- the vocab field appear on all content types
