What can this module do

Hi Walkah,
can you elaborate a little bit about the functionality of this module
ie what can it do and how does it integrate with a drupal site and jabber etc

I have a website already running where I want to offer a messenger type functionality and I think jabber and your module might fit perfectly into it.
