After upgrading Drupal core to version 6.19, I started seeing non-fatal PHP warning messages in my site logs related to line 395 when one of the variables used to specify an array key is undefined. I've attached a patch that I used to make the warning messages go away.

This is a really old report. All the code is different. I don't think it applies any more.
