As the German translation for this module wasn't complete and rather outdated, I did a complete translation from scratch. I think I got it close to perfect, but it would be great if somebody would have a look though.

Translation is very good.

Remark: It might be considered terms as "Newsletter" not to translate to "Rundschreiben" as newsletter is established in german as well.
