The "Repeat Until" date/time seems to be getting timezone-altered even though "No Timezone Handling" is turned on. In my testing I found that if the "Repeat Until" hour is set to any time after 7pm it's shown as the next day when displayed.
For example, if I enter the following information:
From Date: Oct 1, 2010 - 08:00PM
To Date: Nov 27, 2010 - 08:00PM
Repeat: Every 7 Days
Until: Nov 27, 2010 - 08:00PM
Except: Oct 30, 2010 - 08:00PM
I get the resulting output (items marked in bold are wrong):
Repeats every 7 days until Sat Nov 28 2010 except Sat Oct 30 2010.
Saturday, October 2 at 8:00 PM - Saturday, November 27 at 9:00 PM
(Also see #924760: If DST begins or ends between From and To dates, dates following the change are incorrect)

Rob_Feature commentedI've seen this on numerous sites with 2.7 as well, yet I'm surprised there's no activity on this issue. With the site timezone set properly and 'no timezone handling' on the date field, anything after 6pm for me is counted as the next day.
Anyone? Is there a duplicate of this issue somewhere?

Rob_Feature commentedLooks like this may finally be fixed in dev...anyone else confirm? (marking needs review instead of just closing it to make sure it's working as I think it is...)

jackbravo commentedI was having this issue too, and seems to be solved on latest dev.

arlinsandbulte commentedThere is no patch here to mark as RTBC.
If the latest -dev fixes this issue, it really should be marked as 'fixed'
Can someone confirm that??? Marking as p(mnmi) for now.

jackbravo commentedI think this is fixed as I have not seen this problem again. Marking as such.
