The reorganization of the Drupal admin interface has been a major improvement over the old one, kudos for that. Still, a lot of settings are hard to find, since there's simply so many to store in there. A searchbox specifically targeted at the admin pages (especially in live-search style) would imho be a major benefit in those cases. It shouldn't clutter the interface, because it could be a single text input box, located on the top right of the admin overview screen.

Paul Natsuo Kishimoto commentedFeature requests should be against the development version - updated to 5.x-dev. Doesn't seem major enough to send to 6.x.

appel commentedGreat looking module, thanks for the link. However, I don't see how my post is a duplicate, just because a module with this functionality has been developed in the mean time. Perhaps the status should be "won't fix" or "closed"?
