Of course I could google around and find my information after a couple of hours, but it would be so handy when in the readme documentation you would include what are the video containers, codecs and file extensions that will make MF what it promises. It is always nice to have that information together.
I came this far that OGG container with vorbis and theora codecs work on Firefox. Then the rest becomes more difficult. I think mp4 should work on other HTML5 browsers, but that is the container and I don't know about the codecs that are compatible. Then the flash fall-back can be MP4 too, but is that in the same container as accept HTML5 browsers, or do you need to create yet another video file to cater for this? Then there is a the newer VP8. Is this at all supported by MF?
Please include a section what is recommended to work best with MF and the majority if not all of browsers.

enjoylife commentedThis is a valid issue. In future documentation there should be information about which codecs, containers, and file extensions to use with this module.

enjoylife commentedI've added this information to the documentation. You can find it at http://drupal.org/node/1565532. Other documentation can be found at http://drupal.org/node/1563486. This information is also included in the readme.
