Track source states by stage, not by plugin

Currently states are tracked by plugin. Each plugin can track one (1) distinct state on a source. This leads to problems where plugins like the processor plugin must actually track two states - process() and clear().

Solution:

Instead of

$this->state[get_class($plugin)];

do

$this->state[FEEDS_PARSE];
