whenever I click on plugin manager it leads me on themed but blank page, If I chose to update or some other option from plugin manager menu, I see the list of modules for update, but clicking on update button leads to the same blank page

I get "The repository is out of date. Update it by clicking here." leading to a blank page with no content.
