I've got an urget problem, we currently have no way of contacting our members, help would be appreciated!

As far as I can tell I could email all users without a problem until we signed up more than 250 users, at which point some but not all of them get the "all users" emails.

I've changed the code to give an option in admin/settings/advuser to display the first 300 users, but it still doesn't email them all.

As mentioned in http://drupal.org/node/77689#comment-129711 this module is quite inefficient in its current design and implementation, and may cause problems on the host when trying to send a large # of emails. The only solution I can suggest for now is to use another module, unfortunately.

I have just taken over maintainer role on this project, and I will revisit this problem as soon as I have the time (I need it to work well, too!)
